The Land for sale in Utah in Aspen Cove at Scofield is situated on the northwest side of Scofield Reservoir — approximately 100 miles southeast of Salt Lake City.  Aspen Cove is easily accessed year-round by taking the Spanish Fork/Highway 6 Exit that travels east up Spanish Fork Canyon; continue east on Highway 6 up canyon 5.6 miles past Soldier Summit; then take a right turn to go south on Highway 96 and go 9 miles to Scofield State Park (Madsen Bay Unit).  Turn right at State Park entrance and drive through Madsen Bay unit (no fee required if you tell the ranger you are going to Aspen Cove).  Continue driving on park road past boat launch and around mountain to Aspen Cove’s gated entrance.
